London (Bus) Stop Flags
Various bus and Green Line coach stop flags as seen around the London area.
Many of these are historic images which were photographed in the 1980's. Unless otherwise stated very little area information is known - although sometimes it is possible for the knowledgeable to guess from the route numbers shown.
Mostly these images were sourced from 35mm slide (transparency) film, although a few were taken using 126 film and modern digital cameras. Alas some images are a little scratched and / or show the effects of mould or other growth on the films.

Combined compulsory bus stop and Red Arrow commemorative (located at Horseferry Road near Lambeth Bridge) April 2016.
The image below shows information (in the bus stop pole information panel) about the Red Arrow bus services.
The six images below come from a collection of approx 3" enamel signs which were bought in a 'flea market' at transport event many years ago. It is not remembered whether there were also red bus versions; even if there were none were purchased.
